CEO, President January 2006 - Present

EGM Solutions was founded on 2006 in response to the increasing need for digital solutions to web and multimedia demands. I created EGMzone.com, a website to expand my services to national and even international clients. EGM Solutions specializes on web development.


Web Master January 2008 - April 2010

I develop and lead the rebrand of the Retail and Commercial website. I also lead three developers into a technical strategy goals of: replacing code to Object Oriented Programing, implementing MVC architecture, re-designing the structure of eCommerce databases. Also, in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, the videographer, and the CEO of Blendtec Tom Dixon, I executed during my time a very successful viral marketing camping called “Will It Blend?”. Such campaign was the recipient of many awards for the best online viral marketing campaign of its time.

Advise, Troubleshoot, and Resolve problems for Server administrators and other clients over the phone. I Created & implemented a plan to improve project's revenues by approx. 300%.


Microsoft Support Professional March 2001 - June 2005

I provided technical support for the following Operating Systems: Windows 95, Win98, WinMe, WinXP. I used Administrative Tools like: Component Services, Computer Management, Data Source (ODBC), Event Viewers, Security Policies, Performance, and Services. I also supported Microsoft Hardware, and Home Networking configuration. Part of my job requirements was to document each support ticket thoroughly and promote ticket notes to became part of the Microsoft Knowledge Base articles.
